Shopping through our web site is simple and convenient! Shop anytime, anywhere...all you need is a computer and an internet connection. Mascara not required, bunny slippers encouraged! Loading the images may be very fast or it may take a few moments, depending on your connection.
Once a category has loaded, you will see a list of small images, called thumbnails, and a brief description of each image. Click on the description (the one that is underlined) or click on the thumbnail to view a larger image and a more detailed description of the fabric. You may place items in your shopping cart at the larger view level by entering the yardage you wish to order and clicking on the 'Add To Order' button. (Note that our minimum cut is 1/4 meter with larger cuts specified in 0.1 meter (4") increments, and that sizes must be entered in a decimal format. So, you would enter your sizes as: .25, .5, .6, .7,... 1, 1.1, 1.2, ... 2, etc.) Shop for books and patterns in the same manner, except that for quantity you would enter whole numbers!
Navigation through the site is very easy. Click on the links at the left of the page, or just use your browser's 'Back' button to return to a previous page. Most categories have more than one page of products. You may move from page to page within a category by clicking on the page numbers at the top of each page.
Once you have placed all the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, click on the 'Proceed to Check Out' button. You will be asked to fill in your name, address, phone number and e-mail information. Then you will select a shipping option and enter your credit card data. Click on the 'Next' button. You will have a final chance to review your order, if the information is correct click on the 'Order' button. Be sure to only click once...clicking on this button more than once will result in multiple orders being submitted! It should only take a few seconds for the credit card company to approve your purchase and return a screen verifying that your order has been processed, which you may print as a receipt. A receipt will also be e-mailed to you, assuming that you have entered a valid e-mail address. And that's it! Just fill in your personal information, execute a few clicks and we'll take it from there!
Credit Card Orders: You may pay online with a Visa or MasterCard credit card without security concerns. When entering your billing address and phone information, please be sure to enter the address that your credit card statement is mailed to and the phone number your credit card issuer has on record for you in the 'Billing Information' section.
Orders By Mail: If you prefer, you may send a bank draft, cashiers check, or money order with a copy of your order. Please be aware that this will delay the shipment of your order.
International - Credit card or Western Union. No personal checks.
Orders By Fax: You may print out the "Order Form by Fax", complete it and fax it to (403) 873 7793.
Maybe you'd like to send a "hint" to a special someone about an upcoming special occasion or else make a list of your favorite things for future shopping. Do it on our wish list! Select the items you want on your shopping cart, then select Save Cart "Wish List" and enter your e-mail address and the e-mail address of the person you want to send your "hint" to along with a message. The contents of your cart will be saved with an ID number that will be e-mailed to both of you. You (or your friend) will be able to retrieve the contents of the wish list by returning to the site and clicking on "check out." Just insert the wish list ID from your e-mail and the contents of the cart will reappear like magic.
